It's conveniently situated near an MRT station and surrounded by various shops and restaurants. the room is good enough, with comfortable beds, air-conditioning, and a decent view. the staff are friendly and welcoming.
The hotel's housekeeping service could have been better, with reports of unchanged bed linen during some guests' stay.

We were impressed with the friendly and accommodating staff who fulfilled our request for high non-smoking floors with a view. The cleanliness of the rooms was also excellent, without any foul smells. The hotel is conveniently located in a central area of the city, close to many popular tourist attractions. We also appreciated the ease of transportation options with taxis and buses readily available.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay during the New Year festivities, located in the midst of all the fun and excitement. the rooms were spacious and sparkling clean, with comfortable beds and free Wi-Fi. the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed to have a great stay. We also loved the fact that all the popular restaurants, shops, and street vendors were within walking distance.
Although the rooms were well soundproofed, occasional street noise was a minor disturbance, but nothing too major. the breakfast options were not as varied as we would have liked, but enough to keep us full for the start of our day.

The hotel is central to a lot of sites and is conveniently located close to the MRT station. The staff is friendly and the rooms are kept clean.

The room size was decent and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from. The location was great with easy access to restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
The room was not cleaned properly, we had to ask for clean towels and toiletries. The noise from the street was loud and disturbed our sleep.
